I have lead a successful, wonderful and extremely varied life and career! I owe it all to my wife and family. Without their love and support, I am convinced it would have been much less everything.
Only when I stop and think about it or tell a story do I realize how varied and, perhaps, interesting it has been. There are so many stories and anecdotes that I use when an event, question or comment prompts a memory. Sometimes, there may be useful wisdom in these stories that I would like to pass on to family, friends and colleagues. More often, they seem like ramblings, but I still keep telling them.
As I have gotten older, I have thought about capturing some of these anecdotes and stories and how to do so. Whether for my own vanity, posterity or just as a means to relive the good and sometimes the bad, I do not know.
This site and blog are an attempt to do so. My plan is to write ‘Posts’ here on a regular basis and as I recall them. Hopefully, some day, some one will find them interesting or useful and not just the ramblings of an old codger that I fear they may be.
